Orders generally begin processing one business day after being placed and are shipped 2-4 business days thereafter, provided that the ordered merchandize is in stock. Whenever possible, Blue Carrot will notify you by e-mail if any processing delays are expected. While we make every effort to process and ship your order in the most expeditious manner, we cannot guarantee delivery times or delivery dates. Orders are generally shipped via TNT, however Blue Carrot reserves the right to use any other vendor at its sole discretion and without further notice. Blue Carrot will send you the tracking number of your package once it becomes available. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. boxes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied you may return or exchange your purchase, provided that the merchandize is in its original packaging, not in any way used/worn/washed, and with all original tags attached. Please note that Blue Carrot cannot compensate for return postage and cannot be responsible for returned merchandize lost in transit.
Any merchandize purchased on the Site may be returned for a full refund within 15 calendar days after delivery to customer. Merchandize may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 calendar days after delivery to customer.
